<p style="text-align: center;"><strong>ZUCCA AL FORNO CON LARDO</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><em>Ingredienti:<br />
</em><br />
<em>1 zucca mantovana</em><br />
<em>10 fette di lardo</em><br />
<em>sale</em><br />
<em>pepe</em><br />
<em>berbere (curry eritreo, oppure mix di cumino, curry e peperoncino)</em><br />
<em>olio d’oliva</em></p>
<p>Tagliare una zucca mantovana in 10 fette (<em>o a vostro piacimento &#8211;&nbsp;di conseguenza conterete le fette di lardo necessarie</em>)&nbsp;e togliere i semi. Condire con sale, pepe, berbere (<em>oppure mix di cumino, curry e peperoncino</em>) e olio d&#8217;oliva. Mettere le fette su una teglia con la pelle rivolta verso il basso e cuocere in forno a 200 gradi fino a cottura ultimata (<em>lo capirete dal colore e dalla morbidezza della polpa, infilzata con le punte di una forchetta</em>). Servire tiepide&nbsp;col lardo affettato e, per un tocco in più,&nbsp;cipolle sott’aceto.</p>
