<p><strong>Ingrediente del mese: le fragole</strong></p>



<p>Frutto rosso tipico della primavera, sono <strong>ricche di vitamine</strong> e hanno <strong>azione antiossidante e antiinfiammatoria</strong>. Le fragole, come i mirtilli, sono considerate tra le fonti alimentari più ricche di composti bioattivi. Perfette quindi per una dieta equilibrata, contengono zuccheri, vitamine, flavonoidi, antocianine e una buona quantità di fibre.</p>



<p><strong>Ricetta: Cheesecake su due strati, con cialda croccante e coulis di frutti rossi e fragole</strong></p>



<p>Ingredienti</p>



<p>10 fragole</p>



<p>10 mandorle</p>



<p>2 tuorli</p>



<p>2 savoiardi senza glutine</p>



<p>250 grammi di mascarpone</p>



<p>70 grammi di zucchero</p>



<p>30 grammi di granella di cocco</p>



<p><strong>Procedimento</strong></p>



<p>Unire i tuorli con zucchero (40 grammi) fino a creare spuma. Aggiungere poi il mascarpone e la granella di cocco. Amalgamare con frusta elettrica</p>

<p>In un pentolino mettere 7 fragole con 30 grammi di zucchero e lasciar cuocere a fuoco medio/lento per 30 minuti</p>



<p>Tenere da parte delle fragole per la decorazione finale</p>



<p>Filtrare le fragole e lasciar raffreddare</p>

<p>Inserire la crema al mascarpone in sac a poche e procedere con la composizione</p>



<p>Si possono aggiungere anche more, mirtilli e lamponi a piacere</p>



<p>Impiattare la crema al mascarpone, versare la salsa di fragole, i savoiardi sbriciolati, le mandorle intere</p>
